Wrong colorMy hair is the same color as it was before I started maybe a little darker. It was supposed to go lighter. When I was putting it in my hair I could tell that it was going to be darker. TerribleHair color only turned my grey into a different shade than the rest of the my hair so it stood out in a different color. I tried reaching out to get it fixed but after a week I received a email back stating they can’t find my acct to match the email. Roots and ends entirely different colors...First off- this is actually really moisturizing? My hair feels so soft for the first time in awhile. Unfortunately, my roots are a completely different color than my hair! I followed the instructions completely and was excited for the results. However, I think that the formulation for the root color is different than the end formulation. Additionally, the "gold" blonde I chose looks more brassy than gold. Overall, it's a great price, and a nice product, but the color is so so wrong. --- EDIT : They sent me a new formulation with less gold and more "medium blonde". And, it's even worse. My hair has never been more orange and brassy in my life. Desperately trying to find a way to fix it. Really really bummed out. Color did not last very long. Went to a strawberry blonde color.I had ordered a darker blonde color and it faded within a couple of days to a strawberry blonde. It's OK and I don't mind the color.
