Not quite sure what went wrongCould have been user error? The shipping, packaging, instructions were all great. I tested a couple strands, the first time was orange, so the 2nd time, I left it on longer, and it turned out perfect. I put it on my whole head, and left it the same amount of time, and all the gray turned out orange. The only thing I specified in my order was not to be orange! Missing the brush to applyI had no idea that i was supposed to safe the applicator brush from my first purchase. The refill was disappointing because it is really difficult to apply without an applicator. I've just gone into your store to try and purchase one and they are all sold out. Not expecting this.I was expecting a beautiful pearl mahogany and ended up with just a regular dull medium brown and some red roots. I could have achieved this color a lot easier with a box of medium brown from the drugstore. It’s not flattering and isn’t even close to the shade I chose. Not the color I expected!I have been a blonde for years and always get my color done at a salon. Due to the quarantine, I had to color my own hair.
