Hair gone wrong,/part 2 love itI'm very disappointed in the end colour..followed instructions, but the colour looked grey once in for 22 mins.. So I washed it. The roots were quite orange. Look I did not want. After I applied custom purple shampoo to remove orange in hair..left on 15 minutes..washed it.. Once dry colour is perfect for me.. Produits défectueuxBonjour, Cela fait 2 fois que je reçois les produits avec un des flacons cassé. Donc le produit s'est rependu dans la boîte. La 1ère fois vous m'en avez envoyé un autre, pour la 2ème fois je vous ai envoyé un mail ainsi que des photos mais pas de réponse de votre part. Ugh1st order was good. 2nd order there was not enough to cover all my roots, plus I had changed the color but they still only sent me a root covering kit PLUS there were grays showing not just at my roots but it had washed out of my long grays, so there was no way to cover those.
