good color, that lasts, but very greasy.I have used lots of different colors over the decades. This one left a horrible greasy feel. 1st time userThe product arrived well packaged and clear instructions, in my case I was advised to colour sections at the roots and after the recommended time use remainder whilst showering to work through ends for only a minute or so. I found it was a lot of mixture left over once roots were treated and whilst I used it as advised to work through rest of hair it was probably more than needed. I was disappointed that it didn't completely cover my grey, the stubborn bits around the temples, perhaps it needed longer than the time specified but as a first time user of this product I was reluctant to leave on longer than advised, I like the colour and time will tell if it fades, shampoo and conditioner was a nice touch although don't think they suited my very fine hair that well, Once I've had the colour for a few weeks I'll decide if I want to re order but overall it's a nice product that's easy to use. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Doesn't work on grey hair.My hair is premature grey and I have colored it for 20+ years. I finally let it grow out but it it made me look older than I feel. I ordered a red copper shade. It looks great on the ends that were still colored red. I left the color for 40 minutes on the silver and looked good till I washed my hair. DeceivingI opened my credit card statement and was surprised when I saw the second the charge from esalon. When I purchased the first time, it was not clear that they will delivered every mont automatically and automatically charged you for it. I just remembered answering the question that I color my hair every 3 weeks. I think that is very deceiving to the customer.. Won't be purchasing again.I have just used this product for a 2nd time and I won't be purchasing again. Both times it left my hair gummy, stringy and dried out. Brushing it was impossible..pulling out clumps of hair! I had to re-wash it 3 times to get all of this stuff out. To OrangeI asked for strawberry blonde and my hair turned orange, so then the next color that they gave me made my hair blonde and then when I asked for more red in my hair, the lady was rude on the phone and told me that all they could do was send it to me but it could turn my hair pink so I finally cancelled 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Faded quicklyI was excited to get the product in the mail. The box, shipping and packaging were all perfect. It was professional and looked great. The main problem is the product itself. It did not cover my grays and the bright red faded within a week even with using the color enhancing treatment. I was very disappointed with the coverage.
