Orange roots, not ash!Turned my silvery grey roots to orange. Color has red in it maybe? I am more that 50 percent grey and HAD a level 8 blonde highlights...until I had to tone it all myself to try to blend this out. Now I gotta go to the salon to spend more money. I asked for lighter and less grayColored my hair this morning. It is not even close to a light or golden blonde shade. It’s not dishwater blonde to light brown with a gray hue. I’m very not happy. Even my 5 year old neighbor boy noticed my hair is exponentially darker. I hate this color. I do not like the shampoo and conditioner you sentHi I really don't like the idea that you substituted the usual shampoo and conditioner for Altera Caviar shampoo and conditioner samples. First off, they are half the size of your usual shampoo and conditioner. If you want to include a free sample, that is up to your marketing dept., but don't substitute it for what the customer expects to get . It's just not the right way to market something new.
