Expected Better ProductI specifically said I wanted to cover gray hair, but this hair color did not do that. Also sent a picture, so the colorist could guide herself and the color I received made my hair color darker. I followed the instructions, just went over 1 minute of what is instructed. I'm dissapointed, not sure if I will reorder. 2 different colorsRoots are lighter than the rest of my hair. The same thing happened with my previous order. I informed the colorist prior to the new hair color being sent. I’m not sure why the formula is made lighter on the roots and darker on the ends when new hair growth takes hair color easier and stronger than your ends. Colour KitGreat service, I loved the individuality of it all, but the colour you arranged for me was horrible. It was the worst colour I've ever had my hair. I had to dye over it with a dark brown a couple days later. It's a shame, because I really liked the idea of it.
