Packaging and products are A+The packaging couldn't be better, products are amazing but I provided pictures and advised the consultant that my ends were lighter than roots and I just wanted an all over brown. Good idea poor executionIt sounds great and I used 2 shipments to make sure I gave them a fair chance. My main request was to avoid any red highlights and wanted more ash. Never againHonestly open minded and wanted this to work. The packaging is classy. I think though I was duped into buying add ons not necessary. The color was spot on but I've never felt my hair so dry/brittle/needing to be cut. This product is not as good as box color top shelf at the drug store. terribleMy kids described my hair as "ombre" The second bottle color did not match the first and it was awful. The root color was too dark and violet. The violet in the color made it look fake and I've been shampooing my hair extra each day to try to get the color out.
