You lost my business over a brushI didn't know that you had to keep the brush from the first order. When I called to inquire, esalon said they would be happy to send me one with my next order. Awful quality!I am so not happy with your product. I have colored my own hair A LOT! Never have I had so many issues. I sent an email and was told I was probably doing it wrong. Nice! Failed to deliverHi Esalon, This pack was missing a few things; 1. The extra set of gloves (pack only came with 1 pair), 2. The shampoo and conditioner.
