Not "Custom Made"I wasn't happy at all with my recent hair color that i received. It was not the shade that I ordered and now I have red hair. I had originally ordered the light brown hair color which is also close to my natural hair color. I received the blonde color which defeated the purpose of why I was dying my hair since I was wanting to get rid of the blonde or at least cover it up. I don't understand the reasoning behind changing my chosen shade when it wasn't several shades away from where I was currently. I now have red hair which I really don't think would have been the end result if I had just received what I ordered in the first place. It also seemed like I had specified that i had gray in my hair which I have none and i specified that I did not have any as well. The hair color choice has no reasoning behind it and I definitely don't feel that it was anything close to "custom made" for me even though I answered all the questions correctly and truthfully. Wanted to love itUsed it for the first time and I’m not impressed. It blended ok with my old color, but the color lacked depth and didn’t cover my grays particularly well. I have been using Madison Reed and was hoping to like eSalon because of the additional color choices. Waste of time and money- not right colorI did color exactly how directions said. My hair barely looks different..it barely even lightened it except on top and it is just a little bit lighter shade of copper—not barely noticeable and definitely NOT dark blonde!!! If anything it took what blonde natural highlights I had out of my hair... I am not happy at all! I thought this was salon grade hair dye..I’ve had better results with over the counter products, I ONLY tried this product now because I want to go blonde and with my natural color I can’t use store dye and I can’t afford to get it done at the salon so I thought this might work for me but I was very disappointed 😞 Now I guess I’m stuck with what I have because I don’t have the money to pay to get it the way I wanted it to start with. 1 de 1 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Not the color I orderedAs a dark blonde, having ordered a color that was specifically selected, by percentages, as dark blonde with a hint of red and a hint of ash, imagine my surprise when I applied what arrived to me and came out a dark, rich reddish brown. When I sent pictures in, the person I interacted with never offered to honor the ‘it’s on us’ guarantee and, when explicitly asked, said that my *next* color would be free. But, after my experience and given the product comes unlabeled viz actual color percentages, why would I trust to repeat this? So, for me, the guarantee is not honored. Color was also ordered as demi/semi permanent, precisely so it would fade after 30ish washes. It did not. So disappointing!I ordered my color for my Christmas present. Was super excited to get it, the packaging was so awesome but the product was disappointing. Was suppose to be red, I got a few pink streaks. Looked like I colored my hair with kool-aid!! Went to Walgreens and grabbed some box color to cover up the pink, the box color turned out 100% better than my custom color.
