The colour did not match the advertised exampleI ordered dark blonde permanent colour and It didn’t make any difference to my hair. I send pictures to my colourist so if they knew the colour I chose is the same colour as my current one they should have told me or advised me I guess:( I don’t want to be that customer but I was left very disappointed with the outcome. Does not cover Grey wellI'm very Disappointed in my over color and coverage. I left the roots on for 5 minutes more than suggested to make sure the coverage was proper. I made a point in my color selection to ask for the best color that doesn't give any red at all & they suggested the darkest brown, it definitely has a red cast to it. The Esalon team is great-products just so-soThe esalon hair specialists work very hard to ask the right questions and be helpful. Unfortunately I can only assume they just don’t have the products that work as they hoped. They tried several times to send me color based on my desire for dark neutral blonde. The products turned my hair either very brassy or extremely dark brown that faded to reddish brown. Liked it in the past, but won't be continuingI loved my color when it was a straightforward shade. The two times I've asked for something more unusual, it hasn't gone well. The recent order was frustrating enough that I've canceled the plan—I didn't trust the shade as mixed, and while I was told I could return it, it would have cost upwards of $20 in postage to do so. If you want a basic color, the system is great. If you want anything unusual or more experimental, the process isn't so easy or trustworthy. DissatisfiedI have not had a good experience with this second color! I sent a picture of the color I desired which was a rinse I used you sent me what you called “intense red” The color you sent took my color down several shades to a dark plum! Wrong color!Well..... no blonde left on this head of mine, officially brunette.
