no root coverage!I followed each step and when I was done with the rather lengthy process, my roots still had barely any coverage. I typically use satin hair color in a 1B and with the description of your product I was expecting an actual blue black color. This was not the case. When I was doing the questionnaire there wasn't an option to order a darker blue black color. I'm very frustrated because this process took so long and the pay off was VERY DISSAPOINTING. Fake customer serviceActually, I had a question I asked weeks ago and never got an answer to. Now I’m waiting for my next shipment, not knowing whether my issue was addressed. Got yet another computer generated reach out that seems sincere but is pure sham. Urg. I hate being lied to. hoping for longer lasting colorI initially liked the color but after a week I can already see gray roots on my crown. I'm disappointed with the staying power of this product. I followed the steps and instructions closely but to no avail. Good, but too red.The instructions and set were great, really easy to follow and got great coverage from it. There were two bottles , one for the roots and one for the length, I'm not sure if it was the colour I selected combined with my old balayage, but the top came out pretty much as expected and the length of my hair was very aubergine/red which is not what I was going for. I wanted a light brown/dark blonde with a red tinge, which I thought is what I had selected. I would also like a picture of the colour you've selected on the receipt, just so you can remind yourself what it's supposed to look like prior to dying. What an awful customer service!I finally purchased this product, after so many adverts on my Facebook feed saying how awesome iit is. Result is so much darker than any professional hair dyes that I had to remove the colour. I placed another purchase with a different colour, a lot lighter. They sent me the first colour again. When I reached out, I was told I had done something wrong.
