Wrong colorI just down loaded two pics the light brown is our color. The red hair is what I always use. I thought I’d get my color plugs some honey high lites. So I’m canceling my subscription. Well that sucked.Definitely not customized color. They just sent me brown. I will never EVER use this again. I just wasted so much time and effort on a color that was a total flop. I don’t understand how this was customized to me at all????? My hair was very bright, fun red, I just wanted to darken my root and cover greys. No advice or contact from stylistI was a bit disappointed in the overall service, I have troublesome hair and chose ESalon as I thought it would be the next best thing to a salon during lockdown, however, I was never contacted by anyone and my colour was sent out with no real consultation which I thought was part of the service.
