Hair color by mail? Don't hold your breath.Entering week 3 since I ordered my first hair coloring kit from ESalon, and no sign of delivery from the USPS. I'm canceling...I'll go back to picking and purchasing my own hair color from a store, since the USPS has become completely unreliable. NiceLoved the little pink box. It could be my hair but the color result should have had an ash tone to it. It turned my hair an auburn brunette. The kit said it was for roots only but that was not my intention. I wanted an all over ash blonde. The kit was nice. The result, not so much. I probably won't purchase again.
