Struggling getting it right!After 3 attempts and adjustments for my base root color, I finally had to go into my stylist, spend the $200 to have her do an all-over color-correct to bring it back to the ash blonde that I've been trying to achieve using your product. I'm disappointed that I wasn't able to get the color right... At first it seems right, then as it fades it turns very orangy and brassy... Love the shampoo & conditioner which I'll continue to use. Their signature product is just okayFirst the good - nicely packaged. The color comes on a little thick so it doesn’t run. The okay - everything else. I’ve gotten better coverage for my grays from the store. I’ve used eSalon now a few times and feel like it just does an okay job of covering grays (even after adjusting the formula for grays). Poor customer serviceI initally got a end and root color bottle. The roots made my hair more of a reddish/copper color., than the ends color. I called a few times and asked for the color to be the same. A few weeks ago I called, asked about the reddish color I see immediately when I put on the color. No response. I asked to speak to the colorist who helped me months earlier. I was asked if I wanted to talk to someone else. I replied no. I explained 1 bottle that was last sent was not enough to color my entire head of hair. (at first it was 2 bottles). I waited for the colorist to contact me. I then had to leave town to take care of someone. I returned, found a few calls on my landline from eSalon. No emails, as I would have seen on my cell phone email.. Now I get a box with ONE bottle to color my entire head of hair. The follow-through is lacking. Because of the lack of communication I am returning the product. A call or email to eSalon should get a person to listen and help the customer to find a resolution AND it would be nice to follow-through, especially if there was a concern. Literally stinksDark ash blonde does not equal a redhead. 15vol doesn't lift and deposit at the same time and definitely don't apply to your scalp first unless you want awful root glow. My hair smelled terrible for 2 weeks after. 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Not even close to the colour pictured.The colour was described as dark brown with warm tones. I now have a hideous red/purple hair colour which is closer to black than brown. I’ve compared it to the photo online and there is no resemblance. StrawberryI my color is strawberry blonde and I want itbetween light blond an very light blonde. I follow direction and it still comes out strawberry blonde. I can buy platinum blonde from walmart for 7 dollars and the color is fine. This is the 3rd time from you and it is still too much red hue for my taste.
