Not greatI really liked how the product was packaged and the detailed instructions made it easy to know how to apply. Unfortunately, even following the directions exactly, the root color is Not in anyway a dark blonde , more a medium blonde and looks nothing like the color choice I made online. I would be ok with the slightly lighter color but it also did not cover grey hair in my hair line. The Color is BeautifulThe color is beautiful but it doesn’t last long at all. No matter how long I leave the dye in or how much I saturated my hair while coloring the color bleeds out almost instantly. Very disappointed. Gray Hair Still ShowingThis is my 2nd time ordering your hair color and unfortunately again, I'm disappointed. I just finished coloring my hair specifically adhering to the directions and my gray hair is still showing up. I understand that not all of them would be covered, but at least a high percentage of them according to your advertising. Now I have to spend more money on either another product or at the salon. Color seem weakThis is my second time using esalon. I like the customer service but both times the colors that I got were no where near what I had anticipated. Maybe this is something good for color matching your current color to hide grey's but not so much if you want to change your color. Not happy with my root color or the ends color.
