So red!The color I received was so red it was brick red. I have dark brown and went with my original color. I was asked if I like red hue in which I do where it’s slight. Adding the developer and watching it turn red freaked me out but I thought well this is a different company. So I went ahead and tried it out and my goodness my hair turned super red. Not the colour i wanted and bad customer supportI wanted to turn my highlighted hair back to my natural dark blonde and as such selected dark blonde from the hair colour palette. The colourist called me and suggested that she added some copper and gold to the colour to make me a strawberry blonde, I told her in no way did I want to be that colour as I have natural red hints in my hair and didn't want to bring them out. So she agreed and suggested to just add some gold to not make the colour too ashy. The colour looks terrible, i'm now a copper/blonde and just happy that it's lockdown and don't have to see anyone. I would not suggest using esalon over a highstreet purchased colour or even better go to a hairdresser. What has made it even worse is that i tried to complain through the online chat which directed me to send and email, and i did this 9 days ago and no one has got back to me. DisappointedThis was the first time I adjusted my color and went from medium brown to "light brown". Although I am happy with the color, it didn't seem to cover my grey hair even though I left it on the same amount of time. Not as good as expected...The service to get my colour organised and sent out to me was fantastic and all done much faster than I expected. However, one of my concerns was stubborn greys that weren't being covered by the supermarket brands. The colour match was great, but sadly, despite following the application instructions, most of my stubborn greys still remain. It is also a very messy and fiddly experience (that I may have gotten better with practice over time) - having applied home hair colours for years, I struggled to apply it in the way suggested, and the final colour rinse step absolutely covered my bathroom in the colour (I am still finding it to clear up today). Blasse Farbe , stinkt unerträglich beim mischenLeider ist die Farbe nicht zu meiner Zufriedenheit ausgefallen, sie ist eher ein Kupferstich, Eigentlich wollte ich einen Roten Ton Ich habe mir die Haare ganz genau nach derAnweisung von einer Friseurin machen lassen damit nichts falsch gemacht wird , leider hat der Ansatz nicht so gezogen und ist deshalb auch noch blasser als der Rest der Haare, leider, schade! Mich haut dieser Farbton nicht vom Hocker, habe mir etwas besseres vorgestellt und werde demzufolge lieber wieder meine Alten Haarfarben benutzen, War leider eine große Enttäuschung, da mir die Farbe auch nicht so gut steht aber vielleicht liegt das auch im Auge 👁 des Betrachters 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |
