Not what I had hopedI tried this one time. Although they were willing to change the color match, that wouldn't change the fact that the color faded out in less than a week. I have used home color for years and never had that happen. Will not use this again. the red mahogany showed up in splotches...the redmahogany showed up in splotches on my head and very reddish on my part and grey areas not cool. on the ends it lightened my hair just a scosh not cool. i have brown/black hair from various nationalities in my ethnic background. sorry but this looks like drit! i need a shade that goes with my brown/black hair that will make my sparkling blue eyes pop out at you! help! 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

not the same colorAlthough the product is really nice, easy to apply and my hair feels nourished and well done, the color is a huge disappointment. My hair turned out brown - plain dark brown, definitely not the dark copper I selected. It has some hints of red in there, but only under yellow lights. I haven't done anything in my hair for over a year and a half and I'm just dissapointed that now it looks boring brown and will be a long time again before I can do something else. In my notes I even referenced the model Dominique from your website, which I figure it would be hard to achieve since my hair is probably darker than it should be, but at the same time, the color I chose was definitely red, even a little auburn. I'm attaching a picture of how it turned out. Unhappy with colourI thought the colour was a very good match however it hasn’t covered my grey and as suspected it is now very very white again. I just don’t think it has the strength to cover my level of grey. I did enquire about this. I do NOT want another colour sent via a subscription? This is of no use to me sadly. Please advise? It didn't workI was so excited when I receive my color. But It didn't turn out the way how color it supposed to be. My front hair was colored but the rest isn't. Not happyI currently have medium/dark brown hair and was looking to go red. Since my hair was died dark (last color 1/2020) I was told they couldn’t take it much lighter, which was fine.
