Very disappointed- Gave eSalon 2 triesI understand that color is not always easy to get right the first time so I have eSalon 2 times with my color. hair colorNot happy at all this time, unfortunately for me, I didn't read the instructions before doing my hair. I foolishly thought that I got an extra bottle of color. hair stickyI just used this for the first time. I was very careful to follow instructions closely. I used the enclosed shampoo and conditioner. My hair is dry now, and its very sticky.
