Read the fine printIf I could put 0 stars I would it is definitely in the fine print that they will charge you monthly or very three months they do not let you cancel your order until it gets shipped to you and you then have to return it and wait ten days for a refund this is the most frustrating customer service I have ever had to deal with. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Still doesn't cover the grey for too long!It did make my hair feel good and soft and the color was perfect but I am only 2 weeks out from doing the color and the greys already showing. Very hard to wash out of my hairI love my colour and have been a customer for many years, but I have to agree, I have to wash my hair several times to get the colour out, after the first wash it's all stuck together, perfectly described by another lady like "glue". It takes a few washes over the next week to get it back to normal. I persevere as I love the colour but do hope you can look at this or the instructions for taking off the colour. Matty hairAfter using your hair color kit only once I was not happy. My hair matted like it had peanutbutter in it. Then until all color product was 6 weeks old it has finally quit matting when I wash my hair. And color did NOT last two weeks on my hair. Grey was all over even in long strands. Awful smellThis is the third time I ordered and the last. The smell was awful stung my eyes, scalp was burning and very unpleasant. Contacted them to get a refund and no response. Just a sorry it happened and next time to be in a well ventilated area. No really, this isn’t my first rodeo esalon I know that. It was a horrifying experienceI’ve colored my hair at home many times. After doing everything as per the instruction I stood in my shower 40 minutes and it still would not come out of my hair.
