Some DisappointmentI’ve been using ESalon for a couple of years and I was impressed with my products & hair color. I did have to adjust the shade because it was too bright & coppery. So I had it toned down a bit. It was great at first. But I’ve noticed the past 2 times have not been very good. My grey doesn’t seem to be covering very well and my hair has a sort of a peachy tone. Didn't cover my gray!I was so excited to try this. My sister-in-law recommended it. I was worried about the color, but the color was fine. The problem is that it doesn't work to cover my gray which is why I color! I followed instructions exactly. I was even worried that 30 minutes would be too long and it would damage my hair. Mauvaise expérienceLa couleur ne m'a pas plu, l'odeur m'a piqué les yeux et le produit m'a irrité. Mais jusque là je me disais que ce n'était pas grave. Je me suis dis que je me débrouillerai pour récupérer la coloration plus tard... Je suis sûre que tout passe bien pour d'autres clients. J'ai donc mis fin à mon abonnement et relativisait en me disant que j'avais au moins essayé. Mais voilà que ce soir, je me rend compte qu'on m'a prélevé près de 28€ alors que je n'ai rien commandé de plus !!! Je ne veux pas de nouveaux produits, je veux qu'on me rembourse. LaboriousI tried this and it took longer than putting any other hair colour on. This I could live with if it wasn’t for the fact that the end result was a horrible colour and my hair felt like straw. The only good thing I can say is the conditioner smells lovely and goes on with the promise of shining, great feeling hair. This wasn’t the result sadly. All in all I found it not something I would ever use again or advise others to try. I’ve asked to unsubscribe from emails but I still get them. Maybe after reading my review you will stop contacting me. I will never use your products again. Oh, one more thing, it didn’t even cover all my grey hair, which isn’t that much but at the sides so noticeable. Sorry, but you asked for a review and I gave you my genuine thoughts and experience. No offence to ginger haired people but this isn’t the colour I asked for. Thank goodness for colour removal products. An expensive lesson learned. You say not 100% satisfied it’s on us! I would like you to refund me for the order as I am not satisfied at all. Kein HighlightLeider hat es auf der Kopfhaut nach 10 min. an einer Stelle gebrannt. Die Farbe war einheitlich, aber vom beigemischten Rotton nichts zu sehen. Nach 1 x waschen war der Haaransatz wieder heller. Wo ich mir gerade da eine längerfristige Abdeckung gewünscht habe. Befolgte die Anleitung sehr genau.
