Love the process, don't love the colorWhen my color set arrived, I loved using the product. I thought it was adorable and easy to do. Custom color setI talked to Brianna and told her I wanted a color that they had on their website of a woman pictured. So she asked me to post that picture and to post my picture now currently, I had already posted a picture pre Covid. She said once those were posted she would get my color going and send it out. I was under the impression that she was looking for the pictures and that that would be done. I guess that wasn’t the case. I waited and waited and nothing was done so I called back in and got Pam. She said she was also a colorist. Trying to explain the situation she said she could help, so I trusted her. She said that they would expedite shipping and they did which was great. The colorist ended up being someone else and I didn’t get the color I asked for. I saw that it was medium blonde, I am not medium blonde but then it had extra chemicals that they hadMixed in so I trusted them. You can’t tell until it’s done. I’m a medium blonde now. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction.
