I just want to speak with someone!This particular order was fine. Now, I’m trying to change my hair color & I’m told that I need to place an order first- so, I’m suppose to order & pay for a color that I no longer want, and then have it changed, hoping that the change is what I receive... I do not understand this process at all... Color was not at all what I expected; ended up multi-colored.After my last two colors, which weren't what I was hoping for (first one didn't cover gray at all. I was told it was because it wasn't permanent, so they changed it for the second coloring). This time around, I told them I still needed more gray coverage and that I didn't want the color to be so dark. I got my color and the directions had one color for the roots, which I did, and another color to be applied just below the root line - where I'd applied the root color - and spread throughout the rest of my hair. I followed the directions to a T, wanting to finally have the color I was hoping for. It is SO BAD. The color is not only still just as dark, it now has an orange tinge to it, especially in sunlight. Also, because of the two different colors for roots and the rest of my hair, there is a distinct line where you can see two obviously different colors. I wear a hat almost every time I'm outside now. All I can say is, thank goodness I'm now vaccinated so I can go to my stylist and pay her to fix this. I was very excited at the idea of professional quality at-home hair color, and ended up sorely disappointed. Definitley dark blonde not medium blondeAverage colour. Very even tonal finish. Roots nearest scalp are a bit too warm. Overall colour too dark. A medium ash blonde....looks far more like a dark ash blonde. Which is a shame, because that's a colour thts very blah.
