Farbe zu dunkel - kein GlanzObwohl ich die Farbe nach Vorschrift verwendet habe, und auch aufgeschäumt, sieht sie nicht schön aus. Das Haar ist ohne Glanz und ich sehe nun leider furchtbar aus. Das Haar ist braun statt kupfer und sieht leblos und trist aus. Ich bin extrem enttäuscht. Dark brown isn’t dark enoughI purchased “Darkest Brown” and included photos along with notes expressing concern that it may not be dark enough. (I’m Southern European with naturally very dark brown hair but not quite black). The colourist never reached out on my comments and when I used the colour it was indeed much too light. It also had copper and red tones which again, I made note that I didn’t want those undertones. It seemed like they didn’t read any of my order notes or looked at my photos. SHIPPING ISSUES!I ordered this product on 4/10 it is now the 15 and the package is still setting at the mail facility how long do I have to wait? rot anstatt blondNein danke, nie wieder. Ich habe lange Haare und mein Ansatz ist nun anstatt hellblond fuchsrot. Von Natur aus bin ich mittelblond, eigentlich.
