Loved kit but color a bit offI loved everything about this kit however the color was a bit lighter making my roots lighter than the rest of my hair. Would use again!Nice color! Easy to use. Color and all is good. Website, terrible! Not easy to use and can't see what color you are ordering when you check out. Qaurantine still a queen (sort of)Color is really good, after first try with not great root coverage eSalon peeps revised my forumula and color time and it worked. Feel like I may need some more conditioning though...have super healthy hair and it feels a little dry. Great color match!My biggest fear was the color matching my current (minus 12 weeks of color during the pandemic). It was just the color I wanted and the instructions were good. One thing esalon can't manage is the one who puts it on. I'm 69 years old and have had my hair colored for 20+ years by a professional. So to stand in your own bathroom with mirrors was quite a challenge. Thanks to a Zoom session with my niece I finally was able to do it! It took me forever to do the gray roots thoroughly, so I might have had it on too long, as it was very dry (processed) and brittle when I went to rinse it out. The Caviar shampoo & conditioner were good too. My one criticism would be the shipping. I paid for the 2 day delivery, but it was 7 days from order that I received it. The USPS is having a difficult time during this virus outbreak. I should have saved the $$ and it would have been here at the same time. I'll be doing it again!
