Love your productMy hair is shinier and full since using your product, however, the only worry that I have is that it contains ammonium hydroxide which many salons do not use anymore. Great ProductThe only reason I'm giving it 4 stars and not 5 is that I have short hair and really don't need 20oz. Wish they had a 10oz option (or a kit with two 10oz options. I struggled to get the gloves on as well as they were very tight. I do like that 2 sets of gloves and very detailed instructions are provided. GlovesNOW...For the second time there are NO gloves in the order!!! I had not heard a word earlier when it was missing one pair of gloves...but luckily we are in the Covid world and I had to use my emergency gloves. Very disappointing!!!
