Lovely color butColor is very natural. However it started out at the ordered color, medium golden copper brown but faded within 2 weeks to a honey light brown on my partly white partly brown hair. Color is a too dark, but I do like the product.How can I adjust my color? I would like more copper and less brown. This first time it was a little dark. Just a bit off...They did great by what they are able to do according to the business but it wasn't quite what I was expecting...they have EXCELLENT customer service skills and was blown away by that...would've gotten 10 stars if that could be possible and if they were able to achieve my ultimate goal with my hair color I want. Quality changedI have been using your products for last 2 years and have always been delighted with the colour and how long the colour lasted but recently I have been disappointed.
