Super Alternative zum Friseur :-)Hi, das ist meine 2. Bestellung hier. Da ich aufgrund eines Bandscheibenvorfalls 2 Monate lang nicht zum Friseur gehen konnte, aber nach 1 Monat immer einen weiß-grauen-Streifen habe, musste Hilfe her. Erst hatte ich es mit normaler Färbung aus der Drogerie versucht, aber das Ergebnis war niederschmetternd :-(. Es wurde viel zu hell und die grauen Haare waren kaum abgedeckt. Durch Zufall wurde ich bin beim Surfen auf esalon.de aufmerksam und gab dem eine Chance. Der 1. Versuch war schon super, wenn auch einen Ticken zu hell.. die grauen Haare wurden aber super abgedeckt. Bei der 2. Bestellung passt ich die Farbe an und jetzt ist es fast perfekt. It surprised me how nice by how well it turned out.I have not done my own hair in years. I did miss an entire spot on my part so, I just changed my part for the time being and give it a little tease to cover it up when needed. I would like to try and smell the different shampoos to see which one I would like to buy, but I can not get it ordered that way. I am struggling with the website, it must be these grey hairs. Just right for meI was so disappointed in a hair coloring I had done in a hair salon. It was much darker then I had asked for. I decided to try eSalon. I took the quiz a few times and I got the color I was hoping would lighten my hair a bit. They ordered me the medium brown (cool beige). Let me start with the process. It’s fancy. The box is big and it has a lot of moving parts to it. I read the directions 4 times before I started. I choose the brush method. I mixed the color which is extremely viscous and applied it as instructed to my roots. Waited 15 minutes and then applied the rest to the ends. There is plenty of color was short medium hair. Anything longer than shoulder blades will need 2 bottles to apply properly. When my ends processed the 10 minutes I then took the bottle and included shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Fill the bottle up with water and shake it. Then pour it over your head and massage for 2-3 mins. This part is tricky. It stinks and my nose burned a little at the chemical smell. Then the water ran clear. Applied the shampoo and conditioner and was done. The result: my dark brown is now a lovely shade of medium brown. It is not completely ashen. Best customer service EVER!This is the first time I have used Esalon. I ordered my. Color. When I applied the color and was blow drying my hair I noticed that all the Grays were. Gold bronze not dark brown. Easton and my color specialist sent me a new combo for free. Unfortunately, I got the same results. Esalon and my specialist sent me another color FOR FREE ! They were more concerned that I received the correct color, rather than making money. I was blown away by the way they handled it and helped me. I’m still trying to find the right color; however. Good product but...The product at times does not consistently cover my roots. I have learned that others I recommended to use the color are saying the same. But I think what is the worst is that I have been a very long time customers and spent a lot of money and have remained loyal. In doing so I order every 4 weeks for years now and they should reward their loyal customers with some kind of benefit in free shipping or at least reduced shipping.
