Good colorThis color is just a little darker than my natural color, but better than the first color which was to red. My natural color is a little blonde than the ash brown color sent, but it’s manageable. Easy to use but not quite enough lift in colourVery easy to use product but I don’t think the shade is what I wanted. Something Isn't Quite RightThough I love the color, there doesn't seem to be as much of it as there was before, so I find it difficult to saturate the areas that need a little more to tackle the stubborn grays. Thus, the grays at the hairline, particularly my temples, don't get the coverage they used to in previous applications. This has been happening for the last 3-4 applications. Also, I requested large gloves and got small in this last order, which barely fit my hand and made the application more difficult.
