Leider nichts für michDer Kundenservice hat auf meine Kritik super und schnell reagiert. Die Produkte, Pflege, Verpackung, Anleitung usw. waren große Klasse. Wirklich gut gemacht. Nur leider wurde mein Haar nicht - wie gedacht - heller. Ich habe mich nun für eine Aufhellung eines anderen Anbieters entschieden. Trotzdem; probiert es aus, ich habe es auf jeden Fall nicht bereut. I love the coverage.I expected the color to be just a little less red based on the picture of colors. But I love the coverage. It was easier than I expected to color my hair even though I had colored my hair in 2016/2017. Having the blue clips made it easier than using claws to hold my hair. Très satisfaiteJe suis très contente de cette découverte de site ( Esalon. Merci beaucoup pour vôtre magnifique travail et sérieux , j’avais beaucoup de mal à avoir une couleur marron, marron chocolat, on a fait un premier essai et quand ça a rien donné le contact et le retour du produit était très facile, ils m’ont renvoyé une nouvelle couleur et la! ColorGood color revive for me. I was disappointed that the kit did not contain the “bonus” free 2nd bottle of color for ends. Perhaps because I added a conditioner to my order which fit in the box, the free bottle was not enclosed.
