Does what it proclaimed to doMy greys were covered exceptionally well. Unfortunately I have very thick hair and It didn't get the roots as much as the top of my head. Need answers..I like my formula the first couple of weeks but later the ends got light and dry. Nobody contacted me to ask about my FIRST experience with the color or to discuss if I NEEDED color adjustment for second application. Poor customer service!.
