couldn’t be happierI like to be able to dye my hair at home rather than sit in a salon for hours, but the drugstore dyes I was using were not holding up as well as I would have liked. Franchement agréablement surpriseAu début j'ai acheter sans regarder les avis après avoir regarder les avis j'ai eu un peu peur de mon achat j'ai reçue le colis très vite et je me suis lançé dans ma coloration étape par étape le coffret et superbement bien présenter ainsi que les explication malgré que c'est moi qui me les fait je me suis sentit comme au coiffeur j'avais un peu peur de la couleur proposé mais a la fin j'ai étais conquis par la couleur choisi pour moi elle est juste formidable c'est dans le ton que je voulais les soin a mettre après sont juste très bien et laisse les cheveux tout doux et nf les abîmés pas moi je vous le dit malgré certains avis moi j'ai étais stupéfaite je recommande vivement e salon vous ne serez pas déçu merci à vous e salon et à ma coloriste 😊 0 de 1 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Incredible customer serviceI chose the wrong colour for myself and sent a message simply for an adjustment on the following set and was so impressed by the response. My colour was changed to one I now love and I was sent the colour for the ends free again since it was going to be different even though it was my mistake in the wrong colour selection and nothing to do with the service. Third time is a charmWith my first order I was not impressed at all with the gray coverage or the texture of my hair. The second order arrived damaged and I received a replacement promptly. I was still on the fence but my third application after adjustments made by my stylist blew me away. The first time I have ever colored my own hair with absolutely no brassiness, even in the bright sunshine. Perfect coverage, and it looks completely natural. My hair is also soft and shiny! Perfect right out of the gateI was devastated when my L’Oréal color (red penny) was discontinued so I decided to give esalon a try in the hopes that I could find a match. I was able, with the help of their colorists, find a perfect match and it covers resistant grays much better and generally is a more quality product.
