My gray just won't grab the colorOverall your product is great hair color and love the shampoo and conditioner. My problem continues as it did when buying boxed hair color. I am so gray resistant that even leaving the color on only roots longer than advised does no different. I am very good at painting color in 1/8 inch sections like a professional and use very good color hair shampoo and conditioners. Within 3 shampoos, i am spraying or painting in a temp color. Your team has been great trying to help as I have now used your product 3 times. I will not give up yet! Determined there is a formula to color me at least 2 weeks. Really unhappyI've been working really hard to get my hair to go red. It's been three years of slowly getting my hair a nice, deeper red color. And having used this dye - my hair is more purple-brown than red. The quality of the dye seemed fine, and it didn't feel off in any way. It was simple and easy to use. I'm just really not satisfied with the way the color came out. I do really like the shampoo and conditioner that was sent with it though. Like it easy to useIt was very easy to use. My hair came out to red though. I wanted more of the beige blonde. But for some reason it happens when I try to do my own hair. Loved the kit. Good for at home colorThis hair color is marketed as a great long lasting color for greys and while I'm very impressed with their matching system it in no way lasts longer than salon color. I have had my color done for a while through a salon and it's a very dark purple color called Eggplant. Esalon matched it perfectly the first time. I have been out of state for the summer so opted to try this while I'm away from my hairdresser but I will be returning to her as soon as I can.
