The best color!I've colored my hair since I was 17 and have used many different products. This is, by far, the best I've had. The color is true and it lasts a long time. Love itI have been using it for about a year now and love it. It covers my greys great. The girl who cuts my hair always says how healthy my hair looks. She says she sees little to no damage from the dye. I had an issue the third time I used it bc I forgot a step in the process. After I sent an email for help, an actual person from esalon called me and explained to me what I did wrong. They were totally nice and very helpful. I haven't had a problem since. I will say though... I didn't dye my hair before I started using esalon, so I think the transition of color was simple and easy. Awesome hair color!!This will be my third shipment. About a week after i applied my second shipment of color, I had an appt with my long time stylist. I hadn't seen her for about six months (I had moved across the country). Anyway, I sat in the chair and her first response was" ÿour color looks GREAT"! I said "I did myself with the help of e-salon"! Told her all about it and she thought it was really great. Commented about what good shape my hair was in too!
