Excellent color, excellent serviceIf you follow the guide on the website for describing your color and send a good photo you should have a great result. I find the color to be high quality, not harsh, and I love the package that comes with each order, complete with gloves (2 pair), shampoo & conditioner, a stain-removal towelette and stain-prevention creme. Great CoverageI love the custom hair color e-salon sends me. I have tried two different shades and they last a long time.
