Love thisI love this product. I could never remember what color I wanted and was always buying different brands at the store. This is so consistent and convenient. The price is good and I love the flexibility. I get an email in advance so I can change my delivery date if I'm not ready to color yet; I can change the color if I want it darker or redder or whatever. I haven't bought the extra products (shampoo etc) but the samples that are included are nice. My only suggestion would be that the packaging is kind of excessive.
