Love it. Thanks for all of the guidance.This turned out great--and I appreciate eSalon's customer service for helping me out. This is exactly why I used this service. I had no idea which color to pick--and your colorists let me know that my original choice was bad news. And then, after having some questions after my first application, someone actually called me to tell me what I SHOULD be doing. Second application turned out great and I'm loving it. Economical Solution to hair careI am pleased with this product. I have been using it for over six months now. I miss my highlights but all in all this just makes much more sense for my budget. They came up with a good color that i enjoy. And it's fairly simple and has excellent directions to follow for beginners. I would recommend this product.
