First, let me say that I love that everything comes in 1 box - even gloves. Although I had followed the directions step-by-step, I should have adjusted some of the instructions based on what I know about my hair. I truly loved the color I picked and was very excited to color my hair using this system. However, I needed to keep the color on my hair longer than the instructions stated. Since I have been coloring my hair for close to 40 years, I have found my gray hair is very color resistant. I look forward to continuing to use esalon to bring out my best color.

I absolutely loved it! I wouldn’t change the color I picked unless I wanted a red color to change it to. Otherwise it’s absolutely amazing!!

I have a lot of gray and is very hard to cover with other products even in the hair salon, this works fine for me Love the color

Absolutely bomb of a color! I love it!!!

I had previously went to a salon and walked out with a terrible color job. I was super unhappy. I called Esalon up, showed them some photos, and talked about what I wanted/needed, and they had the formula made up and ready to ship that day! The color is a beautiful chocolate, just like my colorist described it would be. I’m very happy!
