Not the best gray coverageI love the convenience factor, whereby I receive a shipment based upon a schedule of my choosing. The color match is great! Where I feel this product falls short, is in covering up all my gray. The first box I received have some additional pre-treatment product, which seems to do an amazing job. Great product, wrong colorEasy to use, doesn't seem damaging. The color it deposited was even and nice, it was just very very similar to my current color, not what I was expecting.
