First time using esalonI so enjoyed using esalon. The color was easy to apply. The instructions were easy to follow. I also found the How-To videos very helpful for first time users of product. My color treatment was matched perfectly. My hair felt soft and manageable after using product. The only problem I had was total coverage of gray hair in part of hair and front hairline. The hard gray area was colored but a lighter color in places. Those areas had not been colored for 2 months due to Covid-19. I was completely white in that area before adding esalon custom color. Very pleasantly surprised!Went into this expecting it To probably not work, but WOW! What a beautiful, natural colour, even covered my grey with a beautiful dark golden blonde.Fantastic product, well set out and easy to use.
