Demi - colorI was very apprehensive about ordering a hair color on-line, but what attracted me to Esalon services were the question they ask prior to matching me to a color that would suit me and cover my gray. Customer service extraordinareI've yet to have a truly perfect color on day 1. It's usually 3-5 days later when things "settle down" that it reaches the image I've had in my mind. What I love about E-salon is their wiliness to tweak your color to your specifications so that you are happy. With the colors I've gotten to this point I give them a platinum star in customer service and an amount gold star in the color area. Love itI had my color applied at eSalon in SF and it was fabulous. I got an 80/20 mix of blue to black (or maybe it was 60/40–it was the highest amount of blue they were allowed to mix). I got a great price because I had already purchased the color, and the stylist added what she needed to give me good saturation because I have a lot of hair. She also gave me an amazing blowout, which I rarely do for myself. I highly recommend the color and using an eSalon stylist. Color, care and convenience are the reasons I give this product + service 5 stars. Long term subscriberSuch a good deal; gone are the days when I had to waste hours in the beauty salon; "No I don't want coffee or wine! I just want my hair colored". Now I do my own. i have been a customer since 2013 and tell folks about it all the time. The color mix is great and the stylists flexible and readily respond to emails/comments. Reasonably priced.
