Flexibel, individuell, hochwertig, persönlichIch bin tatsächlich begeistert. Der Kundenservice ist großartig, geht auf kleinste Anpassungswünsche ein, ggf. mit Rückfragen. Die Gebrauchsanweisung ist einfach zu verstehen, das Färben leicht umsetzbar und das Ergebnis sehr gleichmäßig und schön. Und wenn das Intervall nicht passt, verschiebt man eben. Mit Liebe verpackt und zusammengestellt ❣️Alles in allem bin ich zufrieden! Die Farbe entspricht meiner Vorstellung,es ist wirklich alles dabei was man braucht! Bedienungsanleitung einfach zu verstehen Leider hat die Farbe auch nicht länger als eine andere gehalten! (Ca 2 Wochen )Schade! War ein Versuch wert! Ich rate auch jedem es auszuprobieren…. Expert Colourist is AmazingI am not overly colour literate. I had a very hard time explaining to my colourist what it is I wanted. But, my colourist somehow sorted it out - wonderfully!!! Don't hesitate to ask your colourist to adjust your colour just because you're not sure you have the right words. They know. They get it.
