Incredibly responsive teamMy first coloring of my grey roots was a bit too light. It was not difficult to apply however I had an assistant (my husband who had never done it before or even seen it done). The team responded right away to me when I said I needed a color adjustment and the second time I did it, a month later, with the new color it seems perfect to me. They answered my questions about the process of application, allowing a few minutes extra for the setting and crafted a minimally darker color and it looks great.
