Simple and great color!I needed to fix my balayage that I got done at the salon since it was too light. This was perfect for me since i have never colored my hair before. The instructions were clear and all very easy to do. The color choices and feedback with the colorist is awesome and appreciate it. I really wanted to love it!I loved the process, packaging, instructions, ease of use….ALL of it… BUT, the entire purpose was to cover my gray hair. It didn’t cover them, at all. I wish it had worked! Not impressedI used the separate roots and ends colours as instructed and now my roots and ends are different colours. Roots are really purply red and I was aiming for auburn. The ends aren't really the colour I was hoping for either. My hair is dark so I'm not expecting a drastic change but it's just got a vague coppery tint which I don't really like. Having the two different colour bottles made it a total faff in my opinion - I'm used to normal, single bottle at home hair dye which I find far easier to apply - and I won't be purchasing again.
