Relatively easy on your own! Made my hair feel great afterwards, beautiful colorI usually spend anywhere from 100-200 on coloring my hair so I was very skeptical to try an out of salon experience. Also the main reason I go to salons is fear of completely damaging my hair but it turned out great! My hair is shiny and soft and I love the color! I’m so glad I tried eSalonMy husband was doing my hair with the store box. It was not attractive and within a month my hair was dull with gray. I couldn’t find a color I liked at the store, I came home feeling frustrated. I saw the eSalon and tried it. My friend Cut and colored my hair today I love it. I’m ready to play so we are going to do 50/50, tweaking my color I’m excited to see what my colorist mixes. If you are thinking about this I go every ten weeks. Dull ColorI have never used a color that is supposed to be in the auburn family that is so mousy and dull! I have been coloring my hair at home for more than 20 years, using both professional and boxed color, and I have never had this experience with any hair color in the red family of colors. My hair felt like straw until I used the conditioner. I wish I would have stopped the second order from shipping because now I feel obligated to use it so that I don't waste the $30 that I spent on it. Love the colourFound the colour I love 💕. The mix is great thick and easy to apply. However, this time it did not cover all my greys at the front , will need to leave in a little longer. Color niceThe colors are nice. Doesn’t leave your head itchy or hair feeling like straw. I deducted 1 star for the crappy instructions and the lack of actual communication. The instructions and communication seemed like the customer service person just simply read and posted from a preset menu. Terrible! It didn’t cover my gray!I tried this New Company for Something different than a Box Color & Cheaper than a Salon. But, this Color was a Complete Let Down. What can I say. It was in a Pretty Box. But, it didn’t Color my Grays at ALL! Waste of money! I wish they would let me down load pictures! But, they Won’t!
