Not dark brown on my rootsI ordered dark brown which is my natural color and the color of the rest of my hair color. After using your product on my roots, it comes out medium golden brown NOT a dark brown at all. For the price I’m extremely disappointed and my February order never got delivered and I just saw on your tracking with usps that because the postal service for some reason couldn’t deliver, they disposed of it instead of returning it back to you and I NEVER got a refund or a new kit sent to me. Also for some weird reason my payments are coming from my PayPal account which is linked to my bank debit card, then sometimes it’s taken directly from my debit card and now the last few months your taking a double payment because it’s also now coming out of my husband’s personal account, which I have NEVER gave you any of his bank info nor does it even appear in my payment in my account with you. It ONLY shows my PayPal account that is authorized. So your company for two months now took payment out of two different account’s (not authorized) but only received ONE box of product. Except for February where you got payment from two different accounts (NOT Authorized) but didn’t get NO box of product at all. Because the usps threw it away. And YOU never credited me back or sent a new box out. Shame on you for scamming people out of money and ripping me off!!! If I do my math right. As far as I’m concerned your company owes me a credit of 3 boxes. Either the money should be sent back OR 3 boxes of DARK brown hair dye product should be delivered to me since you’ve already got paid (twice for two months) but no product was received. Oh and the FREE box of product or credit for your 100% money back guarantee or free box of product if dissatisfied. So that’s (4) boxes of product OR (4) Credits of $33.77 that I was charged that needs to be refunded back to my bank account (which I’ve cancelled my debit card) 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Custom Color SetThis hair color is amazing. It stays on my hair longer than ANY product I’ve used. My hair is so soft afterwards. If I need to tweak it there is no problem. Love my hairI was so tired of going to the salon, being stuck there for 2 hours was so irritating. Then I tried your products and I loved how my hair looks and feels. I get so many compliments too. It took 3 tries and they had my hair color perfect and that's not easy. I have chestnut brown with red highlights. I just love my hair. It's so thick and shiny.
