Need to fix the waxy residue!I have washed and scrubbed my hair SEVEN times since coloring it yesterday, I am unable to remove the wax residue on my hair. This should not be the case. New to esalonI just tried esalon for the first time. The first shipment did not arrive after a few weeks so I called and a new order was sent out right away. I have mixed feelings. First the pros. My hair is nice and soft and looks natural. The colour turned out different at the roots than the ends. I was hoping to achieve more of a blend but this didn't happen. My biggest concern was the product fumes were so strong that I had a reaction with my eyes. It didn't irritate my scalp, but I could hardly open my eyes. They were burning and tearing throughout the process and I had a headache the remainder of the day. This was disappointing as the product leaves your hair with lots of shine. Not sure if I will reorder due to the intense fumes and colour issue.
