Licensed Hairdresser LOVES this for myself !I have been a hair stylist for over 12years and I honestly can say this is the best color I have ever used! It's just amazing ! NOT DISAPPOINTEDI HAVENT GOTTEN TO USE SECOND SHIPMENT YET BUT I HAVE UPCOMING SURGERY ON MY LEFT SHOULDER AND TO TOP IT OFF HAVE DONE SOMETHING TO MY RIGHT AS WELL I DONT HAVE ANYONE TO DO THIS FOR ME SO I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO SHUT MY PLAN OFF RECOVERY FOR SURGERY IS 4 TO 6 MONTHS SO IM STUCK 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. 2nd try2nd Try..Just used 2nd color kit. I did not get a response on changing color so went ahead and applied same. Color looks even but has more red than I wanted. Roots blended correctly this time. I am hopeful that the brasiness from last time will not repeat after a couple of washes. Have requested change again. Hopefully it gets fixed this time. 1st Try..Its been a week since I used my first color kit. The color does not look natural and is not flattering at all with my complexiom. I am very disappointed. Did not blend my roots at all. I think they look more noticeable now. I'm still holding out hope that we can get it right.
