Twice I’ve triedI have tried twice now to get my very own custom color but my colorist apparently doesn’t listen to what I want and just keeps sending me what they want. Very unhappy. Tried to communicate and have been given auto responses. Would love to communicate right now but instead I am about to cancel because it is so impossible to get what I asked for. Not satisfied.I did not get the results I was looking for my hair looks like a total mess. My roots are very light and my ends are darker, this is a second time that they sent me a Custom formula that the roots don’t blend with my end’s. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

did not cover grays and washed out after a couple weeksEven after following the directions for hard to cover grays, the color seems to wash out after just a week or two leaving not just new growth, but grays that appear to have never taken the color. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Turned hair blackThe color I just received is not the the same color I had last time.. I had about 2” grow out and the roots are black. It looks awful. I am not ordering from eSalon again. Loved the feel and shineI definitely loved opening it and seeing my name, first off. Having it nice and shiny after the easy application was also a must have for me, eSalon didn't disappoint. Love it!I was a little scared at first because my stylist thought maybe it would be too dark for me to start later but I didn’t want to be later so I decided just go with it it’s just hair it’ll grow back ha ha and it was perfect Fantastic I thought it was supposed to get a free brush with it, but it did not come with that so that’s it.
