Film covering my hairIt took about 30-45 minutes to wash this out of my hair. After I was done, my hair felt crunchy towards the ends and very greasy (like a film) all over the rest of my head. I have washed my hair 4 times in the last 24 hours to make my hair feel like normal hair. I finally fixed it with DAWN DISHSOAP! Every other shampoo did nothing. After all of this, my hair is the exact same color! I followed directions and followed the How to videos. I just want my hair back to normal. :( 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Love the colorYou have been able to give me the color I've been looking for so long. No other salon has been able to get close to this color.
