Wrong colorI ordered a chocolate brown but after following the directions it turned out pitch black which was not the goal at all. It was suppose to be Demi-permanent as well but after three washes with a clarifying shampoo it hasn’t washed out at all… not sure if mine got mixed up with someone else’s. I will say the coloring process overall was easy, dye had minimal smell and hair was left super soft after. Had the color been correct it would be perfect. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
